Peace in Ukraine and beyond.

courage.

Our efforts are focused on the safety and well-being of our Ukrainian team and to the ongoing country-
wide humanitarian effort.

Our hopes are for a swift conclusion of hostilities allowing Ukraine to regrow and rebuild stronger than
before.

Our global Boyden family is actively donating funds, opening our homes, and providing support to our
colleagues in need.

A Note on Sanctions

Boyden supports all current sanctions. Further, Boyden will refuse all new assignments originating from
individuals or entities designated under sanctions implemented by the EU, UK, US, Canada, Japan, and
Australia.
