Do Not Sell

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), California residents may direct Boyden not to sell their personal information.  This is referred to as the “right to opt-out” of the sale of your personal information.  For a list of your personal information collected by Boyden and a description of how we use your personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

If you direct us not to sell your personal information, we will not request that you authorize the sale of your personal information for at least twelve (12) months from the date of your direction.

I understand that I may direct Boyden not to sell my personal information.  I understand that by directing Boyden not to sell my personal information Boyden will not sell my personal information to any third party without my express authorization.  I further understand that Boyden may not request that my authorization for the sale of my personal information to third parties for at least twelve (12) months after the date of this request.
