Doug Ehrenkranz is a Partner at Boyden and recruits throughout the United States with a focus on the Consumer Goods (CPG) and Industrial sectors.
Doug has successfully helped a broad range of companies recruit leaders for a variety of high-level positions — from C-level and executive roles to VP and Director-level — in functions such as general management, marketing, sales, and operations. With a focus on the CPG and Industrial sectors, he has worked with larger, blue-chip, Fortune-500 companies as well as mid-sized and smaller companies. He has completed search assignments for publicly held companies, private equity, and founder-led companies including start-up and early stage clients in B2B and B2C.
For over two and a half decades, Doug has built a highly-regarded reputation for professionalism and insight. He personally leads each of his searches with a “hands-on” approach that results in search delivery and completion well above the industry average. He builds long-term relationships and loyalties that make him a very valuable colleague, mentor, and partner. His strengths include broad-based industry experience and knowledge, fresh contacts and perspective, and sensitivity to the needs of both clients and candidates.
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Doug enjoyed an impressive career in industry, including over a decade in general management, sales, marketing, and operations at leading public companies like Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo. In addition to his experience at larger public companies, Doug also worked in smaller private equity owned companies in several B2B oriented companies in industrial commodities.Doug earned a BA from The University of Arizona. He has served on several University alumni and fundraising boards and on the local Board of Directors for Child Advocates.
