Top talent advisor and medical professional to lead healthcare and life sciences searches
MIAMI, June 25, 2019 – Boyden, a premier global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Vikash Salig, M.D. has joined the firm as a Partner in Miami.
Salig joins Boyden with over 25 years of experience in the U.S. as a renowned voice in executive search, leadership development and organizational consulting in clinical medicine, life sciences and pharmaceuticals. His clients have included several of the top 10 global generic and proprietary pharmaceutical companies and he has placed CEOs, Country Heads and other senior executive roles.

In addition to his many accomplishments in executive search and consulting, he has led transformational initiatives, both as an executive and an advisor. For over a decade, Salig was the CEO and Founding Director of Dr. Reddy’s South Africa, which grew to become South Africa’s seventh-largest generic pharmaceutical firm. He has a global professional network, grounded in his specialized healthcare expertise in emerging markets as well as Europe and North America.

Salig holds an M.D. from the University of KwaZulu-Natal as well as an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
