Cornelia Tänzler, previously Managing Partner at Heads! International and one of the most highly regarded senior executive and board level leadership experts among well-known consumer/retail/luxury/fashion companies, will lead the new team. As Managing Partner of Boyden's Geneva office, Cornelia will lead the firm’s team of experienced search professionals while continuing to grow Boyden’s market presence in Switzerland as well as globally.

Cornelia, throughout her more than 20-year career, has excelled at board and senior executive recruitment and talent assessment. She is a trusted advisor for leadership transitions with family-owned companies as well as for key recruitments with publicly listed organisations and large Swiss companies.
Previously, Cornelia Tänzler served as a Partner at Korn Ferry in Geneva and Zurich, where she led global and EMEA accounts of major international consumer and luxury goods brands. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Hotel Management School Lausanne and an MBA from Business School Lausanne. Cornelia is fluent in English, French, Italian, German and Swiss German.
