Paul McClintock is the National Chair of CEDA (the Committee for Economic Development of Australia). He is also the Chair of NSW Ports, Myer Holdings Limited and I-MED Network, and a Director of St Vincent’s Health Australia Limited and The George Institute for Global Health.

During his career, he has served as the Secretary to Cabinet and Head of the Cabinet Policy Unit reporting directly to the Prime Minister, and held positions including Chair of Medibank Private Limited, Thales Australia, the COAG Reform Council, Intoll Management Limited, Symbion Health, Affinity Health, Ashton Mining, Plutonic Resources and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research.

He has also acted as a Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, a Commissioner of the Health Insurance Commission and a member of the Australia-Malaysia Executive Committee.
