Trans Canada Trail is pleased to announce the appointment of Meghan Reddick as its new Vice-President, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer.

Reporting to the President & CEO, Meghan assumes the role on Monday, October 26, and will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in marketing, communications and tourism, developing plans that ensure organizational goals are achieved such as brand, Trail development, fundraising, sponsorships and events.

“We are so excited to welcome Meghan, who has demonstrated success driving high-profile marketing and revenue generating programs throughout her career,” said Eleanor McMahon, President & CEO of Trans Canada Trail. “Meghan is a true collaborator, a strategic leader, and as such embodies the values of Trans Canada Trail.”

Meghan brings decades of strategic leadership experience in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, having worked at some of Canada’s largest and most respected brands, including Rogers, Kids Help Phone, YMCA Canada and Habitat for Humanity Canada.

“As the world recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, I see how powerful the Trail can be for our future, providing multiple economic, health and conservation benefits to Canadians,” said Meghan. “I’m honoured to be joining Trans Canada Trail, and look forward to working with this amazing team, board of directors, donors and partners.”
