Chantal is a Partner at Boyden Paris, focusing on the industrial and services sectors.

She has enjoyed a successful and well-respected career in recruitment, training, and coaching, starting as a recruitment consultant and then being appointed Manager of the Personnel/Career Management/Training Department at a highly-ranked services firm. She subsequently moved on to Neumann International, where she served as Senior Consultant, Partner and then Managing Partner responsible for recruiting, identifying and evaluating candidates with senior management potential. She is also active in Manager Coaching.

Chantal works closely with her clients to identify their requirements and gain an in-depth knowledge of their organizations. She adapts evaluation tools directly to the specific business case, offering innovative solutions that address the needs of both the clients and candidates.

After completing studies in psychology at the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens, Chantal also received her Master of Human Resources and a degree in coaching.
