Kristen is a key member of the industry and business services practice groups at Boyden Paris.

Prior to joining Boyden, Kristen worked with another highly-rated executive search firm that specialized in senior management appointments and leadership development. While leading searches across most countries in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, she developed business relationships with international clients in a wide variety of sectors.

Kristen started her career in banking, and transitioned to one of the leading career management consultancy firms, Right Management Consultants, where she was European Director of Professional Services. During her tenure she developed expertise in career development, assessment, outplacement and coaching.

Kristen is an International Business Administration graduate. She speaks fluent French, English and Dutch, and basic German.
