William focuses on the consumer products, human resources, industrial, life sciences & healthcare, not-for-profit, professional services, and technology practice groups.

He started his impressive business career in marketing at Empain-Schneider in Paris. He subsequently joined the Hay Group, where he became Managing Director of the firm’s Latin American operations and served on its corporate board.

A graduate of Hamilton College (US), William also holds an MBA from HEC in France. He s a US citizen who has lived in Brazil for over 30 years.
