Luis is member of the financial services and consumer product practice groups at Boyden Mexico City.

Throughout his successful career in executive search 8 years, Luis has partnered with clients from a variety of industries, such as real estate, construction, financial services, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and energy. Functions include C-level and executive roles for middle market as well as director level positions for Fortune 500 companies.

He personally leads each of his searches with a "Hands on" approach that has resulted in search delivery and completion well above the industry.

Prior to joining Boyden, Luis worked as a consultant for another international search firm. He also held positions in management for José Cuervo. He participated in the launch of American Express Bank Mexico, where as treasurer, led the launch of their mutual funds. His career began at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) and Andersen Consulting.

Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and has completed postgraduate studies in finance from the Anáhuac University in Mexico City.
