Our Pittsburgh team possesses deep industry knowledge, leadership experience and search management experience in heavy manufacturing (both process and discrete), healthcare and life sciences, banking and finance, human resources, corporate board, privately-held firms, metals and mining, higher education administration, medical devices, specialty chemicals and coatings, and Interim Management. We collaborate frequently with other Boyden offices (e.g., New York – finance; Houston – energy; Baltimore – aviation/insurance, etc.) to bring additional industry expertise that compliments our ability to serve the region in a positive way. Approximately 25% of our search activity is performed in conjunction with Boyden offices located outside of the U.S. (e.g. Germany, China, Australia, etc.) and our team is represented on multiple national and international practice groups within the Boyden Global organization.
Knowing that we can’t be all things to all people, we also partner with several service providers in the area of HR consulting (e.g., succession planning, process reengineering, human capital assessment) and are accordingly able to customize candidate selection processes based on the needs of the organization and the existing processes the client may have in place.
