Dan Grosh is a Managing Director in Boyden's San Francisco office. As the Global Technology Practice Leader — Americas Region for Boyden, he spearheads and facilitates key client relationships across two continents and conducts searches within the Global Technology and Cleantech verticals. Dan also drives the Private Equity and Emerging Growth practice within the North America West Coast region. 

He has built numerous senior management teams, placing Board Members, CEOs, CXOs, GMs and VP executives into public and private-sector companies in functions spanning General Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing / product, Operations and Finance. With more than a decade of executive search experience, clients and industry executives frequently leverage Dan’s perspective by seeking his advice on strategy as well as Board and company leadership selection.

Dan was a partner with a mid-size global executive search firm, where he led the Emerging Growth Companies Practice while also focusing on Fortune 1000 senior-level assignments. Dan also served as President of Grosh Associates for several years - a highly-successful boutique placement firm that he founded. He began his career with Northwestern Mutual Life. 

Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota. Dan also holds leadership roles within a number of local charity, community groups, and professional associations.
