The questionnaire will offer you the opportunity to highlight, in your own words, how your experience aligns with the key mandates and criteria of the role.
While there is no official deadline for submissions, we would appreciate receiving your materials in November or early December. Boyden will interview candidates in December and early January to assess motivation, experience, and alignment with the key criteria set out in this brief.
Our Long List of top-rated candidates will be presented to the Committee on January 23, 2024. During this meeting, the Committee will review and short list the candidates for interviews. The Long List and candidate materials will be shared with the Committee for review on January 12, 2024, ten days prior to the meeting.
Interviews with the short-listed candidates will begin on February 8-9, 2024 in Ottawa. Finalists will be invited back for a second interview on March 7-8, 2024.
