The US and many countries around the world continue to be torn apart because of the unyielding, unlawful and unchecked violence against people of color and this critical issue has our immediate attention.

The recent senseless killings of George Floyd in Minnesota, Breonna Taylor in Kentucky and Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia shed further light on the atrocious forces within our society that place little value on the lives of Black and Brown Americans.

As a global leadership and talent advisory firm, we declare solidarity with people of diverse backgrounds to combat all forms of racism, bias, and prejudice.

We also understand, now more than ever, that is not enough.

And we have not actively been part of the solution.

We commit to initiate this critical dialogue – internally and externally – as issues of racial and economic inequality must be addressed, especially during this COVID-19 crisis which highlights the disparity within our society. Together, we will deepen our understanding of its origins and manifestations and build an action-oriented approach to creating the conditions for open dialogue, systemic change, and healing.

We know this is only a start. But a start that will lead to action for lasting change.
