Since 1995, this event has combined golf and fun – with each tournament theme ranging from ‘Casino Royale’ to ‘Western’ to ‘Capes on the Course’ – to raise funds for trades training programs across Canada.

Concert Properties’s Annual Corporate Charity Golf Tournament is celebrating 28 years being amongst the top charity golf tournaments nationally. Last year, over $4.3 million in funds was raised for hundreds of bursaries and scholarships that equip diverse members of our community with the skills needed for well-paying careers in the construction industry.

Boyden is proud to join as Sponsor for this year's Happyshack golf tournament and will be represented by Lisa Kershaw, Managing Partner, and Derrick Chow, Managing Partner.

About Concert Properties

Since 1989, Concert Properties has proudly developed, acquired and managed Canadian real estate – making decisions based on its founding principles of delivering long-term returns for their owners; creating jobs and using skilled construction union labour; and giving back to the communities. With over $9 billion in assets, they are backed and owned by over 200,000 Canadians, represented by union and management pension plans and institutional investors. Today, Concert Properties comprises three corporate entities, Concert Real Estate Corporation, Concert Infrastructure and Concert Income Properties. Within these entities, they develop, own and manage rental apartments and seniors’ active aging communities; develop condominium homes; develop, acquire and manage commercial properties; and invest in, develop and manage public infrastructure projects across Canada. They also have ten master-planned communities built or under development across Canada and over the next five years they plan to deliver $2.1 billion in construction projects and over $1 billion in wages. In each area business their vision remains the same – building resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities.
