The Ambition Challenge is a unique international training program designed for professional women who wish to embrace their ambition and better communicate it. Their innovative approach empowers women to maximize their potential and boost their careers through contact with inspiring female leaders.

For their Spring 2023 Cohort 6, their first workshop on the topic of 'Boost Your Confidence' featured Keynote Speaker, Lilia Jolibois, Board Director, Tremau and Insead. Boyden's Claudia Pascu joined as panelist alongside Mansi Vagt, Global Brand Leader & Vice President, Fairmont Hotels and Nadia Malik, Head of Bombardier Transformation, Bombardier.

About The A Effect

The A Effect — A for Ambition — is an initiative whose goal is to propel female ambition. They assist women and support companies with one aim in mind: contribute to creating a more equal world.

Aware that they could use the power of content to contribute to making a change, they created a socially-engaged web platform to feature female executives in Quebec and share valuable advice with women. These executives would become our leaders, our roles models, our strongest allies. The A Effect came into being.

Soon after, a meeting with specialists in behavioural change allowed them to make their project even more compelling, by creating a new way of offering training to professional women and female managers. Motivated by their mission, they approached business leaders in France, Switzerland, and the United States, and realized that their initial observations had universal resonance. Their content and training programs are now being offered in English and in French, all over the world. For them, the future is fair and equal. In any case, they are doing everything they possibly can to change the course of history.
