He has led M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and international expansion projects, supporting management in complex and highly regulated environments. Drawing on his strong background in compliance, privacy and corporate organisation, he has long supported companies in transformation processes, with particular attention to the impact of emerging technologies on business and control models.

In COCUZZA since 2009, she advises on commercial law with a focus on real estate and corporate law, assisting companies in transactions and distribution agreements, with particular attention to consumer law and e-commerce matters. She has significant experience in personal data protection, advising Italian and international clients on the design and implementation of data protection models, the development of complex projects, and litigation matters. She regularly supports companies in digital transformation processes and in managing risks related to the use of data and emerging technologies.

He rejoined COCUZZA in 2021 after gaining experience with leading national and international law firms. He advises companies and entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences sectors, as well as in commercial and corporate law matters. Specialised in regulatory compliance, contract law and out-of-court advisory, he supports companies in managing risks related to innovation, technology and product liability. He is a member of Supervisory Bodies, a speaker on regulatory compliance topics and the author of several publications in commercial law.
