SHANGHAI, July 19, 2017 – Boyden, a premier global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced Kong To has rejoined Boyden Greater China as Partner based in Shanghai.
Kong To, who has an extensive track record in Greater China and the United Kingdom, previously served as a Boyden Vice President and then Managing Director from 2005-2011. Kong has nearly two decades of executive search experience, 12 of these years based in Beijing and Shanghai. Partnering with clients in the Industrial and Technology sectors, his expertise on advising MNC’s and Chinese enterprises include automotive, capital machinery, manufacturing, consumer technology and enterprise IT companies.

Previously, Kong To was a Managing Partner in Beijing and Greater China with two other leading global executive search firms, where he served as Global Industrial Practice Leader and Country Manager. Earlier in Kong’s career, he held marketing management positions in the UK with Motorola.
Kong To holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management and an Aeronautical Engineering Higher Diploma, both from the University of Hertfordshire, U.K. He is fluent in English and Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin.
