Meet the Board:
Jörg Kasten, a Managing Partner in Boyden’s Frankfurt office, has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, with a focus on cross-border searches in the technology, professional services and consumer products sectors. His global expertise has helped multinational clients secure successful placements for a range of leadership positions, particularly at the partner and top executive level.
Trina Gordon is a recognized leader in talent advisory and leadership solutions. Guiding our global organization, she works closely with the board, practices and partners to execute the firm's strategy, growth and client performance standards in alignment with long-term objectives. Trina also oversees the firm’s continuous development, with a commitment to promoting a client-centric focus.
William Farrell has been with Boyden for over 20 years and leads the Greater China Practice. In additional to financial services, his substantial search experience includes extensive exposure to manufacturing, shipping and logistics. He works closely with the Greater China team to recruit for CEO and other leadership roles across functional lines.
Managing Partner Antonio Sanchez Lleras has been with Boyden for almost 30 years. He is the leader of Boyden Colombia, with a combination of recruiting experience and expertise working with companies of all sizes and industries. A substantial portion of his work is with foreign companies with operations in Colombia; he also manages search assignments for local clients seeking key executives.
Kenneth V. Mortensen is a Global Partner, Co-Founder of Boyden Denmark as well as EMEA Regional Director and Board Member of Boyden World Corporation. He developed a well-deserved reputation as being very client and candidate driven, with a passion for delivery and results. His success is grounded in his fundamental belief in the correlation between human behaviour and financial performance.
Brent Shervey has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, with expertise spanning board services and the energy, education, healthcare, government and not-for-profit sectors. With diverse functional expertise, including finance and HR, he has been instrumental in the placement of numerous senior leaders such as CEOs and Presidents, as well as highly capable board directors.
For over 15 years, Kristen Smit has been leading successful executive searches throughout Europe. She has built an extensive international network, and developed substantial expertise in the industrial and professional services sectors. Kristen specialises in cross-border assignments aimed at building international and multicultural teams that contribute high value and performance.
Ken Werker brings broad expertise and seasoned leadership to the role of Managing Partner. A graduate of Harvard and Cornell with a distinguished track record in executive roles, including CEO and Chief Operating Officer, Ken has a keen sense of the characteristics that comprise an effective leader. He leads senior-level searches throughout the region’s public and private sectors.
