Guiding our global organization, she works closely with the board, practices and partners to execute the firm's strategy, growth and client performance standards in alignment with long-term objectives. Trina also oversees the firm’s continuous development, with a commitment to promoting a client-centric focus.
Victor Escandón is a multifaceted corporate finance executive with cross-functional expertise and dexterity to balance strategy and execution. He is adept at navigating changing environments, and has led organizations through acquisitions, divestitures and other transformations. In addition to financial services, his strategic and operational capabilities extend to the consumer products industry.
Along with formidable technical expertise, Breck Armstrong brings vision, strategic thinking and leadership to the role of Chief Information Officer. He is continually on the leading edge of rapid developments in technology, across the digital landscape, ensuring that Boyden has the most effective tools to serve clients around the globe, and deliver on long-term business objectives.
Known for innovative ideas, Chris Swee identifies learning programmes and initiatives, and implements them in support of Boyden’s relationships with clients and candidates worldwide. He also provides business intelligence and analytics, and advises the firm’s leadership on emerging industry trends. His myriad contributions make Chris a key driver of our global team’s ongoing enrichment.
As a strategist and innovator, Adam Susman brings a distinctive technological focus to Boyden’s global initiatives, leveraging digital solutions to improve client experiences and outcomes. He also works closely with our global industry and cross-sector practices to identify opportunities for evolving the organization. He excels at analysing complex challenges and conceptualizing novel approaches.
Joanna Goncalves drives global marketing strategy and initiatives aimed at elevating the Boyden brand and expanding growth worldwide. A multifaceted marketing executive, she works closely with Boyden practices and partners worldwide with vision and agility. Joanna is also dedicated to building on Boyden’s commitment to diversity and inclusion through global strategies, partnerships and campaigns.
Dana Rutty has been a key contributor in a variety of administrative and marketing support roles since joining Boyden World Corporation in 2006. Having a strong command of corporate governance, she is involved in a range of policy and legal matters, and works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors. Dana has been promoted twice for her professionalism and adroit management skills.
Agathi Agnello has a comprehensive background of more than 15 years in financial services with in-depth expertise in accounting and financial reporting. She is a trusted leader, known for her exceptional accuracy, efficiency, management and analytical skills. She is also remarkably resourceful in optimizing departmental processes and procedures to the benefit of our organization and our clients.
For over 20 years, Peggy Lenihan has been an integral part of Boyden World Corporation. She manages the firm’s extensive global database platform, an invaluable resource to our partners, candidates and clients, which is continually being expanded and enhanced. Peggy also builds the database, monitoring and analysing global data sources and trends, and reports on firm-wide activities.
Alicia Little has been with Boyden for nearly 25 years, serving as Executive Assistant to President & CEO, Trina Gordon, as well as our board for over a decade. In this time, she has amassed substantial expertise in executive search at the international level. Crucially, she is also well attuned to the firm’s search process, culture, and industry-leading standards of professional client service.
