As National Director, Marketing and Client Experience, Joanna drives Boyden’s national marketing strategy and initiatives, creating opportunity for brand growth across Canada while ensuring continuous enrichment of our client and candidate experience.
With over ten years’ experience in the executive search industry, Joanna has overseen every step of the client and candidate experience and translates this knowledge into service excellence in Boyden’s process and materials. Furthermore, Joanna directs national marketing strategies to drive business growth, with a particular focus on social media, sponsorships, events, content creation, PR, and corporate and community affiliations.
Since joining Boyden in 2014, Joanna has spearheaded innovative initiatives such as launching Boyden WORKshop, driving Boyden’s national social media strategy, and creating Boyden's feature series, Talent Talks, alongside WXN. She has led with passion towards building on Boyden's commitment to diversity in leadership through collaborations with Canadian Board Diversity Council, Women’s Executive Network, Economic Club of Canada, Dress for Success, and 30% Club of Canada. She is a key member of Boyden's Global Strategy Communications Committee and serves as Corporate Officer for Boyden Canada’s Board of Directors.
Collectively, Joanna has 15 years of administrative, operations, and marketing experience in the private and public sector working environments. Before working in executive search, she served as Special Assistant to the Member of Parliament representing Mississauga-Erindale.
Joanna is a Career Workshop Leader & Facilitator for Dress for Success and a member of the Programming Committee. She is also an Instructor & Judge with Bay St. Boot Camp/Jr. Economic Club of Canada and a Steering Committee Member of the 30% Club of Canada. In the summer months, Joanna is a Volunteer Coach for the Oakville Soccer Club. She received a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario and continued her education abroad with additional studies at Jagiellonian University, Poland.
