Ilana Atlas AO brings extensive experience in corporate governance, law, and executive leadership. She currently serves as Chair of Scentre Group and Carindale Property, and as a Non-Executive Director of several other public and private organisations. Over her career, Ilana has developed a deep understanding of board dynamics, strategic oversight, and the skills required to lead effectively. Her leadership experience across both corporate and community sectors, combined with her practical insights, makes her uniquely positioned to guide participants through the transition from Non-Executive Director to Chair with confidence and clarity.
