Infrastructure Ontario (IO) is pleased to announce two new appointments to our Executive Team. Jody Becker joined IO as Chief Capital Officer earlier this year, and Angela Tancock will join as Chief Administrative Officer, effective January 19, 2026.
Jody Becker appointed Chief Capital Officer
Jody will oversee our Project Delivery and Commercial Advisory business lines, preserving and enhancing our proven ability to deliver complex projects while advancing our mission to modernize infrastructure for Ontario’s communities.
Jody brings more than 25 years’ leadership experience in infrastructure operations, strategy, governance and project delivery. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, where she helped shape a 10-year modernization plan for Canada’s busiest airport.
Previously, Jody was Chief Operating Officer for a leading Canadian construction and building services company and directed growth, digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across healthcare, transit and energy sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Over the coming months, Jody and I will be engaging with market partners to share IO’s vision and to strengthen collaboration across the province.
