Information according to Italian Law

Information and request for consent regarding the protection of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code), which incorporates and modifies the content of the preceding law 675/96.

We wish to inform you that, in order to ensure protection of your privacy, the personal information collected by Mindoor Srl (trading as Boyden Italy), hereafter referred to as Boyden, with registered office at Via Albricci 8, 20122 Milan, is treated in full conformity with the Personal Data Protection Code.

Specifically, the personal information you provide is processed for the purpose of the research and selection services provided by Boyden, with the sole aim of maintaining an updated curriculum vitae, stored in the Boyden database, so as to facilitate access to possible employment opportunities.

All personal information, including the results of any eventual tests and evaluations, will be processed and communicated (through manual electronic or telematic processes and methodologies directly and/or by way of our client companies) in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality of said information exclusively as it pertains to the services offered by Boyden and the inherent necessity of communication thereof.  Boyden reserves the right to solicit the updating of said information, by telephone or email.

The service is furnished with the highest standards of quality and professionalism in the interests of the candidate and the company.

The aforementioned personal information can be shared with Boyden clients; to subsidiaries, parent companies or affiliates; to outside parties specifically empowered by Boyden.

Article 7 of the Privacy Code gives you specific rights. In particular, you have the right to obtain from the owner, the persons in charge or the appointed representatives confirmation of the existence of said data regarding you; its disclosure in intelligible form; the origin of said data; the logic and aims behind its utilisation. Moreover, you can cancel, block or withdraw your name from information that has been obtained or treated illegally, as well as update, correct or supplement said data as you see fit. Additionally, you can wholly or partially oppose the utilisation of the data for legitimate reasons.

Unless otherwise specified,  we kindly ask you to omit your own sensitive data which are those able to reveal the racial and ethnical origins, the religious, philosophical, political opinions, or opinion of other kind and the support to political parties, trade unions, associations or entities with a religious, political or trade union related characterisation, the health and the sexual life.
