Beth Chandler has served as president and Chief Executive Officer of YW Boston since 2017, transforming the organization, turning around a decade of budget deficits and achieving consistent revenue growth through program restructuring and diversified funding. Previously, she served as Vice President of operations at the Achievement Network, where she improved operational efficiencies and established infrastructure for expansion. At NeighborWorks® America, Beth launched a national business development team, building partnerships with major foundations and Fortune 500 companies. Her accolades include the 2023 Leading Women Award from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and recognition as one of Boston Business Journal’s “Power 50 Movement Makers” in 2021.
