Boyden’s Fuelling Sustainability: An Executive View presents discussions with business and thought leaders on the issue of renewable energy and sustainability. In a micro-interview format, the series delivers diverse, global perspectives from executives across a number of industries, highlighting the unique considerations, opportunities, and obstacles across sectors and regions.

This edition features Richard Lloyd, General Manager, European Operations and Supply Chain of Accolade Wines, a international wine manufacturer and distributor dedicated to sustainability and reducing its impact on the planet. A three time recipient of Manufacturer MX Awards' Sustainable Manufacturer of the Year, the company recently announced its branded wine portfolio has been certified carbon neutral by the Carbon Trust, while remaining carbon emissions will be offset in partnership with climate and sustainability experts, ClimateCare. With dedicated focus, Richard contributes to Accolade Wines' vision to "transform the drinks industry with agile, bespoke solutions utilising our scale and sustainable footprint."  Their commitment to environmental responsibility across all levels of operations, from vineyards through to product facilities and distribution networks, is evident in their most recent relaunch of its advanced carbon neutral drinks manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution facility in Bristol, U.K., rebranded as ‘The Park’.

In discussion with Boyden Partner, Claire Lauder, the conversation covers game-changing shifts and opportunities arising across the sector, industry-wide transformation, sustainability, critical pivots in the current environment, consumer response, and the behavioral changes organizations and society will need to implement to have an impact.
