Roger has substantial experience in leadership and performance development of teams and individual leaders. He has diverse experience from positions in both innovative technology-heavy corporations and smaller knowledge-intensive enterprises. Today, he is engaged in creating development and competitiveness through executive search and leadership consulting, serving both private companies and publicly owned enterprises. Currently, Roger is working on executive search for top executives, managers, and board members. In recent years, he has had many assignments particularly within mobility, infrastructure, renewable energy, technology, and digitalization. Roger is a member of Boyden's global industry practice group.
