Today, he is engaged in creating development and competitiveness through executive search and leadership consulting, serving both private companies and publicly owned enterprises. Currently, Roger is working on executive search for top executives, managers, and board members. In recent years, he has had many assignments particularly within mobility, infrastructure, renewable energy, technology, and digitalization. Roger is a member of Boyden's global industry practice group.
