Brazilian Executive Compensation Survey 2021

Boyden Brazil performs an annual compensation survey for executives in Brazil, covering several aspects of the remuneration package.

In 2021 Boyden Brazil delivered the results of the 42nd annual Executive Compensation Survey. It contains data and analyses taken from information supplied by 170 participating companies, using April 2021 as the base date. 

Survey participants employ about 8000 executives. Their information is divided into three groups according to their gross revenues, as shown in the following table:

Origin of participants

Among survey participants there are many national origins, with Brazilian and European predominating.
