Paulo Marcelino has over 25 years’ professional experience, including 15 in executive search. A highly competent generalist, he has worked on numerous searches for senior leadership roles across industries and functions. He also has a solid foundation in research, project management and business consulting, having spent his entire career in executive search, recruitment and HR advisory firms.
