The Business Ombudsman Council of Ukraine announces the open selection of candidates for the position of Deputy Business Ombudsman / Chief Legal Officer. Boyden Global Executive Search is selected to be a trusted partner for this selection process.

Business Ombudsman Council as an independent permanent advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was initiated after the Revolution of Dignity in 2014. Business Ombudsman Council is meant to be the first point of contact for companies seeking redress against unfair treatment. BOI serves as an impartial and alternative mechanism of protecting the rights and interests of business entities and facilitates their dialogue with state authorities. The Business Ombudsman Council is financed from the Ukraine Stabilization and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA) managed by the EBRD. Contributors to the MDA are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
