Building on the momentum of WOC's In Search of Success conversation, this virtual Town Hall will bring together executive search professionals and members of the WOC community for an interactive discussion on emerging leadership trends, changing hiring priorities, and the experiences of women pursuing senior leadership opportunities. Participants will gain candid insights into what search firms are seeing across industries, while contributing their own perspectives and questions to help shape a broader dialogue about the future of executive search.
Moderated by Yolanda F. Johnson, Founder and President of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy, the panel will also feature Kim Farr, Senior Associate and Search Consultant at Aspen Leadership Group, and Esther Rosenberg, Co-Managing Director at Howe-Lewis International.
