Hedda Tollefsrud has nearly a decade of experience in executive search as Researcher and Consultant and leads the research function at Boyden Norway. She has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, but focuses primarily on FMCG and retail, bringing valuable insights to appoint top candidates for C-level and senior functional roles in marketing, sales, supply chain, HR, and finance. She is also trained and experienced in the use of psychological assessment tools.
