Boyden's Lisa Vuona will speak during the conference's July 27 General Session, Growing Great Teams: Hiring and Onboarding for Mission (Lessons from Georgetown, LMU, and Boyden). Joining Kathy Ash of Loyola Marymount University and Kate Aitken of Georgetown University, Lisa will share Boyden's perspective on executive search and leadership recruitment for mission-driven organizations. Also drawing on her experience as Managing Partner and Global Practice Co-Leader, Non-Profit Organizations, Lisa will discuss strategies for identifying, attracting, and onboarding leaders who strengthen organizational culture and advance institutional mission.
