Jeff Hodge and Ben Stickney Join Jim Moran Institute Capital Market Readiness Program as Boyden Faculty

Jeff joins the program across two U.S. locations: Irvine, CA and Washington, D.C. and Ben joins the Atlanta, GA session

Boyden is pleased to share that Jeff Hodge, Board Chair, U.S. and Managing Partner is serving as faculty for the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship's invitation-only Capital Market Readiness Certificate Program, a two-day deep dive designed for middle-market company owners and CEOs preparing for growth, exit, or M&A.

The program is led by Professor Doug Tatum, CPA, Teaching Faculty II and Entrepreneur in Residence at the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship (Florida State University), and author of the award-winning book No Man’s Land: Where Growing Companies Fail. Doug is also Chairman of Newport LLC and a recognized thought leader in the middle market, with decades of experience advising founders, CEOs, and private equity-backed businesses through critical growth transitions.

As private equity continues to reshape the middle market through consolidation across industries, this graduate-level certificate program equips leaders with practical, research-based insight into capital markets and the challenges of scaling successfully.

Boyden is proud to contribute alongside an exceptional consortium including Newport LLC, leading mid-market private equity funds, a global accounting firm, a leading investment bank, a regional commercial bank, and a global wealth adviser.

Following his participation in the Irvine program earlier this year, Jeff will return as faculty for the upcoming Atlanta sessionBen Stickney, Partner, will join the faculty roster for the Washington session, further expanding Boyden's contribution to the program.
