Following a comprehensive search process supported by a leading recruitment firm, Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) officially announces the appointment of Terry Caputo, CPA, C.Dir. as RVH’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 14, 2025.
“Terry brings over two decades of experience leading financial strategy and transformation across healthcare and public sector organizations including the Ontario Medical Association, Lakeridge Health, and Sinai Health System,” said Gail Hunt, RVH President and CEO. “Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered results—strengthening financial foundations to enable sustainable investments, driving strategic transformation to meet patient needs, leading major redevelopment projects, and aligning diverse partners around shared goals.”
Caputo is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor as well as his Chartered Director designation from The Directors College. In addition to his credentials, he brings a deep understanding of the role regional hospitals play in shaping healthier communities.
