Strengthening the human-centric core of Industry 5.0

How can organisations thrive in a complex world of risk?

Our 2022 global report, drawing on findings from Boyden’s survey of executives across industries and geographies, explores the risks and challenges organisations currently face, and how talent is now key to leveraging the digital advances we depend upon for growth and value creation.

Industry 5.0 marks the end of an era in which organisations focused primarily on unlocking the potential of new technologies. The emphasis is now on human potential. Most executives, confident in their organisation’s growth potential, identify innovation, human capital and digital transformation as the top three drivers of growth. They are less confident in having the right talent. While opinions differ as to which skill sets need strengthening most, investments in leadership development and recruitment rank as high priorities.
