Moritz Herfert is a seasoned executive search professional with three decades of experience in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Poland since 1996, he develops tailored search strategies shaped by each client’s culture, resources, and strategic goals. He also co‑leads Boyden’s global Industrial Manufacturing Practice.
