Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to more than 140 cities in 19 countries and has helped more than 850,000 women work towards self-sufficiency.
Since partnering with Dress for Success Toronto for our inaugural program in Oct 2015, Boyden WORKshop has expanded and offers our program alongside Dress for Success in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Calgary.
Our Boyden team of professionals develop and run career focused mentorship sessions while also sharing our experiences and insights with Dress for Success clients. WORKshop also creates an opportunity for Dress for Success clients to further develop their networking and communications skills. Furthermore, we're pleased to provide additional interview preparation support year-around through our participation in the Dress Rehearsal program.
